Whenever a ballerina is seen in a white tull skirt, everyone associates to Tchaikovsky’s ballet. Swan girls became the emblematic figures of the ballet.
Should we look deep inside the story, Tchaikovsky’s allegoric vision bursts upon our view about longine, loneliness, love and death. The swan is a symbol of the permeability between reality and beyond, wisdom and true love.
